Once you approve the design, we’ll finalize:

  • Materials & details
  • Total cost & payment (full payment required before production)  

4. 3-5 Days: Preview & Adjustments  

  • You’ll receive a digital mockup for final confirmation.  
  • Minor adjustments can still be made at this stage.  

5. Crafting & Blessing

  • Handmade with care, infused with positive energy.  
  • Each piece undergoes cleansing and blessing before shipping.  

6. Shipping & Tracking  

  • Your custom piece is purified one last time before dispatch.  
  • You’ll receive tracking details once shipped.

1. Double Cleansing & Energy Care
Every crystal and charm is cleansed twice (before crafting & before shipping) to ensure pure, high-vibrational energy.  

2. Natural Crystals Have Imperfections

  • Flaws like ice cracks, mineral pits, veils, or inclusions are natural—they prove authenticity!  
  • Higher-grade crystals have fewer flaws but come at a higher price.  
  • If you prefer flawless pieces, please ask for close-up videos before ordering.  

3. Real & Honest Representation 

  • We avoid heavy filters—what you see in videos/photos is what you’ll receive.  
  • Request real-time videos of your selected crystals before finalizing.  

4. No Returns for Custom Orders 

  • Due to the personalized nature of custom jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges.  
  • We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video upon delivery for transparency.
