  • Free Worldwide Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders globally. 
  • Exceptions: For products priced below $20, a flat shipping fee of $18 will apply. 
  • Promotions: During major sales or promotional events, free shipping will be applied to all orders, regardless of the product price. 

2. Shipping Time 

  • Standard Products: Most orders are processed and delivered within 15 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. 
  • Energy Blessed Items: For products that undergo our Temple Blessing Service, additional time is required for the sacred rituals. These items will be delivered within 20 business days. 

3. Order Tracking 

Track Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment directly on our website by visiting the **Order Tracking** page. 

4. What if the package doesn't arrive?

If you have not received your package 30 days after it was shipped, please contact us at: service@buddhaboon.com. We will either resend a new one to you or provide a full refund. 

5. Customs and Taxes

International Orders: Depending on your country’s regulations, you may be responsible for paying customs duties, taxes, or other fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
